One Blood
This series of photography was created in response to the riots that happened across America in the summer of 2020. One figure is a Black American male, the other white American. Both men were my neighbors and had mirrored family lives and similar body types. The aim was to see the similarities and subtle differences between their bodies, and how they perceive and understand simple movements and commands as a metaphor for the things that divide and unite us.
